Jim Boeheim is the legendary head coach of the men's basketball team at Syracuse University. Boeheim attended school at Syracuse, played for the Orangemen, and served as an assistant coach from 1969-1976 before becoming head coach in 1976. Over the course of his career he has coached 1,000-plus games and won more than 750 of them, led the Orange to the 2003 NCAA Championship, and earned Big East Coach of the Year honors in 1984, 1991 and 2000.
