Malcolm is a huge stuffed animal green monster. In fact, he is the largest of the (Not So) Scary Monster plush toys. He has turquoise spots and a turquoise quiff which is a combination of a 1950's pompadour and a flattop.

Malcolm is a generous gift-giver. He loves wrapping presents and is a birthday-loving beastie! He spends his days wrapping anything and everything he can get his hands on. His monster motto is: Big-Hearted Monsters have a passion for presents.

FAO Schwarz (Not So) Scary Monsters are a menagerie of plush toys based on mythical monsters. These pop-eyed, long-limbed, stuffed animal beasts hail from England and are available only at FAO Schwarz. Malcolm the Big-Hearted (Not So) Scary Monster will make the perfect playmate for any child.

Every (Not So) Scary Monster has its own identity but all have child-like attributes that makes them (Not So) Scary. They are a happy family of friendly monsters who live in a unique realm that exists just beyond the human world.

The (Not So) Scary Monsters were created by the South London based artist Jenny Arthur over 16 years ago. In 2002 The Monster Factory helped Arthur produce a line of greeting cards which were the first products based on the (Not So) Scary Monsters and their inviting realm of mythic and not so scary mayhem.

Since then, The Monster Factory has gone on to produce licensed books, plush toys and other merchandise that spread the (Not So) Scary Monster's message of playful individuality.
