Build 20 new structures, including stock exchanges, shopping malls, water parks and more. Be aware and be prepared for volcanoes, droughts, tornadoes and more. Appoint citizens to your Council of Ministers to help push through your decisions and receive objectives and challenges from island factions and foreign powers.
