• All four seats recline easily. Just push/pull on the seat back frame.
• Two, fixed, single wheels in the rear (5.25"), three sets of dual swiveling wheels in the front (4 3/8").
• Stroller frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed.
• Fabric is 85% polyester/15% cotton. Metal frame is 100% steel.
